3D Printers

Sometimes your dice just keep rolling awful. Teach those bad dice a lesson and put them in dice jail! You can also find plenty of miniatures made for tabletop games on Thingiverse such as this owlbear mini or this tressym (a mythical winged cat)! For further inspiration, check out our blog post on how to upgrade your games with 3d prints.

For your 3D printing journey, you’ll need to get certified on our 3D printers. Find the link on the Fab Lab page of our website, and click on the “get certified” button to get started!

Laser Engraver

Ignite’s laser engraver is popular for its versatility and functionality. Try laser cutting board maps such as these mix-and-match board tiles, or even making 3D maps to enhance your gameplay! You can also Laser-cut a dice box or a box for your cards! Or you could treat your tabletop team to some customized coasters!

To get started on your laser engraving venture, you’ll need to get certified on our Laser Engraver. Find the link on the Fab Lab page of our website, and click on the “get certified” button to begin.

Here are some ideas on how to use the kits in our Kit Library to further amplify your tabletop experience! You could use our Knitting and Crochet kit to crochet a dice bag. Or use the sewing kit with the sewing machine to put together your own dice bag. Check out our take-home airbrush kit to paint your minis or your board maps! Make your own journal using our bookbinding kit! You could add character sheets, lined or gridded pages to take notes on, and more!

The possibilities are endless, so come on down to Ignite Studio and get creative. Happy making!
