Do you dream of becoming the next Stan Lee? Does your creativity need an energy boost? Come to the Ignite Studio for Comic Book in a Day on Saturday, October 5. We’re partnering with Nickel Plate Arts again to bring comic book creators of all ages and abilities together for a full day of art, creativity and most importantly fun!
Professional comic book artists will be in Ignite all day creating comic books from scratch as well as helping inspiring artists with their creative process. Drop by to talk with these artists about their work, get inspired, and connect with other artists.
If you’re up for it, join in the Comic Book Challenge by coming in and creating your own comic book that day and compete for the highly coveted Gold Champions Belt! (Yes, it’s actually a belt!) Go to nickelplatearts.org for rules and registration.
Not up to the all day challenge? Try one of the exciting workshops offered that day by some of our featured artists or bring the kiddos to Superhero University!
