As many of you know, Ignite Studio has been open to patrons by reservation with limited services since mid-June. Since our reopening, many of you have asked when the kit library will finally be available. I get it! You’re eager to get back in the space and make something! You’ll be happy to know that the time has finally arrived! Both the adult and kids kit libraries are reopening with care. This means things will continue to look a little different than the last time you came in to check out a kit.
A big difference to your experience will be that now you’ll make a reservation to use the kit library. Reservations are two-hour blocks of time and can be made by calling us at 317.579.0331 or emailing us at [email protected]. Don’t worry! You don’t need to know exactly what kit you want to use in order to make a reservation. You just need to know what time you want to come in. It’s that easy!
In case you’ve never visited our kit libraries before, you can view what we have to offer on our Kits and Equipment page. Our kits have everything you need in order to get started doing an activity. Some high-touch kids kits won’t be available, but there are still plenty of fun activities to do like painting, hand sewing, and making friendship bracelets. For adults, I recommend giving our paper-making kit a try! Homemade paper is great for gift tags, stationary, place cards, or even “seed bombs.”
If you need more good reasons to visit Ignite:
1) You can reserve a time to work on one of Ignite’s two Cricut machines to make a decal for your very own take home mug or cup. All supplies included! Get familiar with the process below and bring your great ideas!
2) Let us provide you with elastic, cute fabrics, thread, and a sewing machine to DIY your own face mask at Ignite. All materials and instructions are provided! Make your reservation for a sewing machine today!
