The Hamilton East Public Library in Fishers is excited to kick off the summer with an art exhibit featuring artwork from local artists. “Origin Stories” seeks 2D artwork in a variety of sizes and mediums that fit the title theme. The exhibit will be on display in the Ignite Studio makerspace from June 20 to August 31.
What does it mean for a budding artist to create their first painting? Or a seasoned artist to experiment with a new medium? How do artists push their creative boundaries by revisiting and reinventing their own origin stories?
If you would like to submit your artwork for consideration, please follow the Submission Guidelines below. Deadline to submit is Saturday, May 11.
