Make Off Competition Exhibit

May 6 2024 – June 15 2024

On May 4th, Ignite Studio hosted its first annual Make-Off Competition. 10 selected artists competed to make an original piece of art related to Ignite equipment, kits or other in-house materials in a 6 hour time frame. This year’s theme was sustainability. Cash prizes were awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.  

1st: Craig Helming for a recycled cardboard sculpture 

2nd: Kassie Woodworth for a styrofoam and origami sculpture 

3rd: Emily Gartner for a wearable art piece
